Holiday Skating Party on Tap in Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn. – Break out the skates, kids, and get ready for the Roller Skating Party later this month at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center.

Sponsored by the Department of Parks and Recreation, the party includes two hours of games, contests and skating for children from kindergarten through sixth grade. It will  be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27. The cost to skate is $5, which includes skate rental, if needed. A parent or guardian must accompany children during the party.

The event will be run by Sherry Kline, who operates the popular roller-skating program at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center. Tickets are limited. So sign up in advance at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center, located at 449 Pemberwick Road in Glenville.
