The theme for this year's celebration is “For the Love of Trees,” appropriate as April 24 is Arbor Day.
The event is a cocktail party for the public with hors d’oeuvres and drinks.
The conservancy has planted more than 2,000 trees in the city and is planning to plant 375 trees throughout the year as a celebration of Greenwich's 375th anniversary.
