Greenwich Synagogue Hosts Author At Parenting Brunch

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Writer, clinical social worker and mother Carla Naumburg will speak at the second annual parenting brunch at Temple Sholom in Greenwich.

The event will be on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 9:15 a.m.

Naumburg, author of "Parenting in the Present Moment: How to Stay Connected, Sane and Focused on What Really Matters," will lead the discussion and provide answers to common questions such as, “What is mindful parenting?” “Are mindful parents calm and happy all the time?” and “How do I let go of the idea of achieving perfection as a parent?”

The event is open to the community and free of charge.
