Greenwich Parent Says Lunch Lines Are Too Long

GREENWICH, Conn. – Below is a response from a Greenwich parent to the article, "Greenwich Schools Aim for Healthier Menus," published Monday.

“This is all well and good for the children, but the lunch lines are long and the kids only have about 15 minutes to eat after they get to a seat. My daughter never ever gets halfway through her lunch before they are ushering them to throw out garbage and get in line. "Someone should check out getting additional help or having children pre order so it's ready for them when they get to the cafeteria.”
