Greenwich Land Trust Names New Land Steward

GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Greenwich Land Trust recently named Chris Aldrich as its new land steward.

Aldrich is a 2012 University of Connecticut graduate with a degree in natural resources and a concentration in sustainable forestry management.

He most recently battled invasive plants and insects as well as surveyed flora and fauna at Cumberland Gap National Park in Kentucky.

Aldrich will be overseeing the the land trust's volunteer field leaders, in addition to monitoring and managing properties.
