Greenwich Company Helps To Transform Lives

GREENWICH, Conn.- To continue the tradition of giving back to the community, A.G Williams Painting Co. is now partnering with Her Haven in order to transform the lives of deserving women, according to a news release.

Her Haven renovates a significant space - either the home or office - to fit the recipient's life goals and needs.

"The look on Nordia's and Elizabeth's faces when they saw the design concepts presented by Fairfield University's interior design students was truly priceless," said Casey Dougherty, Her Haven founder and executive director, in the release, referring to Nordia Black and Elizabeth Bosques. "Her Haven looks forward to 'designing a difference' for the many deserving women in our communities who quietly serve."

A.G Williams is donating the craftsmanship for the first two Her Haven projects, valued at up to $2,500. Additional services in design and construction will be provided by Fairfield University's interior design program and by Habitat for Humanity, according to the release.

"The way Her Haven is honoring these ladies strikes a chord with me, and I'm thrilled A.G. Williams can have a part in it," said CT Account Representative Doug Kitchen in the  release.

Her Haven's mission is to honor deserving women by redesigning a room in their homes, and inspiring them to live fuller and more productive lives. The organization also aims to build a sense of community and see the positive impact a well-designed space can have on a woman and her family, according to a release.
