Greenwich Columnist To Discuss 'How To Live With A Cartoonist'

GREENWICH, Conn. – Greenwich resident Jerry Dumas, a cartoonist and columnist, will discuss “How to Live With a Cartoonist” on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 10:45 a.m. at the Second Congregational Church in Greenwich.

An $8 luncheon will follow his talk.

Dumas will talk about the professional and personal aspects of his varied career.

He is a Greenwich Time columnist and creator of the “Sam and Silo” comic strip, among others. His drawings, writing and poetry have appeared in various publications, including the Smithsonian, The Atlantic, The New York Times, The New Yorker and The Washington Post. He has also written four books.

Dumas’s discussion will be presented as part or a program sponsored by The Women's Fellowship of the church.

The Second Congregational Church is located at 139 E. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich.
