NORWALK, Conn. -- Ensign Luke Paterna, from Norwalk, and Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Ryan Wetzel recently conducted small boat operations in a rigid-hull inflatable boat attached to the aircraft carrier USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77).
