Downton Abbey-Themed Fundraiser Benefits Greenwich's Bruce Museum

GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Topping Estate in Greenwich will host "An Evening inspired by Downton Abbey," an elegant fundraiser for the Bruce Museum, on Saturday, Feb. 7, at 6:30 p.m.

Attendees will be greeted at the door by Carson and will dine on hors d'oeuvres and a lavish, seated dinner specially prepared by Downton's own, Mrs. Patmore. 

“We always look for new and interesting ways to engage the community with our events, and a 'Downton Abbey' theme seemed right this year,” Jen Bernstein, the Museum’s special events manager, said in a statement. “It’s such a popular show, and when we toured this incredible mansion right here in Greenwich, we knew we had to do it.”
