Celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday at Bash

If your child likes green eggs and ham, they may enjoy Dr. Seuss' birthday celebration Wednesday. Coinciding with Read Across America, children can listen to stories, make crafts and enjoy birthday cake.

Theodor Seuss Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, is famous for his cartooning and children's books that contain interesting rhymes and imaginative characters. Some of his works include "Horton Hears a Who" and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas."

The event will go from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the meeting room at Greenwich Library. For more information, call 203-622-7940.
