Audubon Breakfast Serves up Bear Stories

As part of Audubon Greenwich's "E4C: Executives for Conservation" series, families with younger children can enjoy breakfast and meet costumed bear characters during a reading with Jeanne McNaney, Old Greenwich resident and author of "The Legend of Honey Hollow."

Kids will learn about bears from all over the world, and about Grendel, the Polar Bear, as she arrives at Honey Hollow, a magical place where the air is pure, the water is clean and all are welcome. The event will be held at Audubon Greenwich's Education Center or Barn from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, for $25 per family. Space is always limited for these events so RSVP to Jeff Cordulack at 203-869-5272, Ext. 239, or by email.
