JCC Greenwich To Host Master Spice Blender

GREENWICH, Conn.  -- The Jewish Community Center in Greenwich is presenting a cooking demonstration with master spice blender Lior Lev Sercarz from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 6.

Sercarz has been selling his blends since 2006 when he opened his spice shop, La Boîte á Epice, in Manhattan. Sercarz has released 41 of his blends to the public.

He published his first cookbook last year, entitled "The Art of Blending." Signed copies will be available for purchase at the event.
