Just a short train ride from Manhattan, Greenwich is the perfect spot for commuters who enjoy what New York City has to offer but want to have some distance from hectic city life, the article said.
The town is filled with historic buildings, inns and local museums, all paying homage to the area's heritage and culture, the story said. Yet it also has Greenwich Avenue in the center of town, which provides designer boutiques and quirky independent shops, the article said.
