Former First Daughter To Speak At Sacred Heart University

FAIRFIELD, Conn. — Former first daughter Jenna Bush Hager will speak at Sacred Heart University Wednesday as part of the school’s Distinguished Leaders Series.

The public is invited to the free event and signed copies of “Sisters First,” which Hager co-wrote with her twin sister Barbara Pierce Bush, will be available for sale.

The talk begins at 6 p.m. in SHU’s Martire Center Atrium.

The daughter of former President George W. Bush, Hager is a New York Times best-selling author, an editor-at-large for Southern Living magazine and a correspondent for NBC News. She is the author of “Ana’s Story: A Journey of Home” and “”Read All About It,” which was written with her mother, former First Lady Laura Bush.

Katie Burke, an SHU trustee and senior strategist and global chief of staff at Edelman, will host the event.
