FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Happy Cinco de Mayo, Fairfield County.
The holiday, created to commemorate the 1862 victory of Mexican forces over the French army in the Battle of Puebla, has turned into an excuse to enjoy massive margaritas, along with those all important chips and guac.
