GREENWICH, Conn. -- "Christmas on Round Hill" is coming to Greenwich on Saturday with a variety of children's activities and holiday shopping opportunities.
The Round Hill Community House is hosting this event for individuals, families and the whole community. There will be photos with Santa, train rides on the Round Hill Express, children's crafts, Christmas cookie decorating, face painting and balloon animals.
"Be sure to bring your holiday shopping list," organizers noted, "because while the children are having fun, there will be ample opportunities to shop for everyone on your list."
There will be a variety of vendors on hand, with an array of distinctive gifts. They include:
- Living Greens, with its beautiful holiday plants.
- Fabulous Food, with its home-baked holiday treats.
- Something Special, which will offer its handcrafted items, including lacquered boxes, faux-finished furniture and whimsical boards games.
- The Treasure Trove, with its "collection of treasures and collectibles waiting to be rediscovered."
The Reindeer Café will also be selling food throughout the day.
Admission is $15 for families in advance or $20 at the door. It's $5 for individuals, either in advance or at the door. For tickets and more information, visit the website or call 203-869-1091.
