Dining Out For Easter? Greenwich Offers Brunch, Dinner Options

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- Easter is almost here, and if you're not up for cooking for your entire family (and then some), consider dining out.

Many Fairfield County restaurants are offering a wide range of brunch and dinner options. A sampling follows:

Delamar Artisan, Southport: A three course meal ($59 adult; $39 "young adult") is served from noon to 7 p.m. at Delamar Artisan and includes such delights as a special Easter salad, Scottish salmon, lobster cavatelli carbonara, and grilled local calamari. Bernards, Ridgefield: You have your choice of brunch ($50 per person) or dinner ($80 per person) featuring, in both cases, a special Easter trio of desserts. Reserve Now: 20 West Lane, 203-438-8282, www.bernardsridgefield.com

Elm, New Canaan: Breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes are on the three-course Easter menu ($65 for adults; $35 kids under 12) offered from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Expect fresh-from-the-farm items such as spring pea soup, charred kale, cocoa granola, country pate, lamb shank and grilled hanger steak. Harlan Social, Stamford: Enjoy a hearty a la carte brunch featuring banana-stuffed French Toast, Belgian waffles, portabello and quinoa saute, braised lamb flatbread, housemade gnocchi and more. Brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Reserve Now: 121 Towne St. 203-883.8000, www.harlansocial.com.

Thomas Henkelmann, Greenwich: There are three seatings available Easter Sunday: 11:45 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m., and all of them offer three-course meals for $85 per person. Some of the items on the menu: House-smoked Atlantic salmon with traditional garnish, poached halibut with tomatoes, spring peas and potato gnocchi and crispy Long Island duck, with poached apples, wild rice with vegetables and duck cranberry sauce. Reserve Now: 420 Field Point Road, 203-869-7500, www.homesteadinn.com.
