Cos Cob Gets Shout-Out In Wall Street Journal

GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Greenwich neighborhood of Cos Cob has been featured in a Wall Street Journal article.

Located 30 miles from New York City, the neighborhood has homes that cost less than other sections of Greenwich, yet schools, libraries and parks are the same, said the Wall Street Journal.

Families often choose Cos Cob instead of more expensive areas for its "community spirit," according to the Wall Street Journal.

A real estate agent told the Wall Street Journal Cos Cob is "more mellow" than Greenwich, said the report.

Cos Cob has Colonial-style and modern houses, and a store with gourmet cheeses and craft butcher, as well as a Starbuck's, reported the Wall Street Journal.
