GREENWICH, Conn. – These really are the dog days of summer. At least, they are at Bliss Ice Cream in Greenwich. All this week, the sweet treats shop will donate 20 percent of sales to PAWS, a Norwalk-based non-profit dedicated to finding loving homes for area homeless pets.

Cool off with some house-made sorbet, ice cream or frozen yogurt. Bring your dogs, too, and let them sample the doggie ice cream flavors like peanut butter and banana smoothie.

Bliss Ice Cream is located at 551 E. Putnam Ave. in Greenwich.
