FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- About 25 percent of couples sleep separately, according to a recent report on NBC News, and that may actually be strengthening their relationships as well as their health.
The phenomenon, known by many as "sleep divorce," is more popular than ever, according to the NBC News report.
However, that doesn't mean couples no longer have sex if they sleep in separate beds, NBC News reports.
