GREENWICH, Conn. — Here's a look at some of the events happening this weekend in and around Greenwich. Check out events page for more listings: 

Friday, Aug. 10

Broadway Comes to Cos Cob Library: 2 to 5 p.m. Screening of film "Porgy & Bess." Popcorn will be served. Cos Cob Library, 5 Sinawoy Road, Greenwich.  

National S'mores Day: 4 to 5 p.m. Fire pits will be lit, s'more fixings provided. Stamford Museum & Nature Center, 39 Scofieldtown Road, Stamford. 

Audubon at Home: 6 to 10 p.m. Nature-inspired film series feature eco-documentaries on bird conservation, sustainable food and conservation heroes. Aubudon Greenwich, 613 Riversville Road, Greenwich. Series continues: Aug. 11, 16, 17 & 18

Saturday, Aug. 11

Westport Summer Series Road Race: 8 a.m. Seventh race in Westport Roadrunners' 10-race series is 6.85 miles. Compo Beach, Westport. 

Summer Reading Finale: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Comedy and magic with Ed Popielarczy helps kid celebrate summer reading. Greenwich Library, 101 W. Putnam Ave.

AuthorsLive: 3 to 5 p.m. Cos Cob Library's author-in-residence Jane Kendall will discuss her new book, "Tennessee Rose," part of the children's "Horse Diaries" series. Cos Cob Library, 5 Sinawoy Road, Greenwich.  

Sunday, Aug. 12

Summer Sunday Morning Concerts: 10 to 11 a.m. Alvin Wong and Friend, cello and violin duo. Bartlett Arboretum & Gardens, 151 Brookdale Road, Stamford. 

Terry Eldh and Friends Sing Broadway Tunes: 7 to 8:30 p.m. Broadway veteran pf "Phantom of the Opera" performs showtunes. Free. Levitt Pavilion for the Performing Arts, 40 Jesup Road, Westport.
