Friday, April 5

Bird movie: 6 p.m. Greenwich Audubon hosts a screening of Birders: The Central Park Effect . The film details the vast array of birds that live in and migrate to New York's Central Park. A reception will be held at 6 p.m. with the film screening at 7:15 p.m. Send an email to greenwichcenter@audubon.org to RSVP. 613 Riversville Road. $15 adults, $5 under 21.

Saturday, April 6

Congressional Town Meeting 3 p.m. U.S. Rep. Jim Himes (D-4th District) will host a town meeting at Central Middle School to takes questions and address concerns of his constituents. 9 Indian Rock Lane. Free.

Sunday, April 7

Pinwheels for Prevention 1 p.m. Kids In Crisis will place nearly 2,000 pinwheels on the front lawn of the Board of Education building to raise awareness for the children neglected or abused in Fairfield County and to commemorate Child Abuse Awareness Month. 290 Greenwich Ave. Free.
