Monday, Jan. 14

The Lost World of the Russian Empire 9 a.m. Round Hill Community Church presents the opening day of an exhibit featuring photographs by Sergei Mikhailovich Produkin-Gorskii. He is credited with implementing the first color photographs in Russia. Free. Les Beaux Arts Gallery, 395 Round Hill Road.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

Women's Fellowship Health Program 10:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Two local experts will help usher in a healthy new year at a program sponsored by the Women's Fellowship of Second Congregational Church. Cost is $8. 139 E. Putnam Ave.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

Look and See: Let It Snow: Children’s Book Art 12:30 to 1:15 p.m. This program is especially designed for children 3 to 5 years old and their adult caregivers, who will explore the museum’s galleries through hands-on experiences, crafts, stories and more. Children will explore the exhibition and then make their own “snow” pictures. Cost is $5 for members, $7 for non-members. Free for adult caregivers. Bruce Museum, 1 Museum Drive

Thursday, Jan. 17

What To Eat: 2 to 3 p.m. The Cos Cob Library presents Phyllis Herman, former nutrition consultant to the Greenwich Department of Health, who will discuss new information on which foods contribute to good health. 5 Sinawoy Road. Free.
