Live New Year's Eve Entertainment 7 p.m. Toscana Restaurant hosts live music to ring in the New Year. 33 Lewis St., Greenwich. Regular menu prices.

Tuesday, Jan. 1

Kids' Polar Plunge 11:30 a.m. Kids In Crisis hosts its first annual Polar Plunge for kids. All proceeds benefit Kids In Crisis. Greenwich Point/Tod's Point. Free, but donations encouraged.

Wednesday, Jan. 2

Bird Walk At Greenwich Point 9 a.m. Bird watchers, beginners to experienced, are welcome. Dress warmly. Hosted by the Bruce Museum, Wild Wings and Audubon Greenwich. Greenwich Point/Tod's Point. Free.

Thursday, Jan. 3

Bruce Museum Movie Viewing: "The Vintner's Luck" 6:30 p.m. The Bruce Museum presents a screening of the 2009 film "The Vintner's Luck" starring Jeremie Renier, Keisha Castle-Hughes and Vera Farmiga. Refreshments will be served. 1 Museum Drive. $15.
