GREENWICH, Conn. — Here are a few highlights of things to do in Greenwich this week. Check out our Events calendar for more items.

Tuesday, Aug. 20

"Revised And Restored: The Art Of Kathleen Gilje": 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is an adroit reincarnation of famous Old Masters and 19th century paintings on the social, political and historical issues of our day. A trained restorer brings a sophisticated understanding of the techniques and materials of the older art that she reconfigures, be it a "restored" version of a van Eyck, Raphael, Artemesia Gentileschi, Manet or Sargent. Adults $7, seniors and students (with valid ID) $6, children (under 5) free. Bruce Museum , 1 Museum Drive, Greenwich.

Wednesday, Aug. 21

Terrapin Live in Concert : 9 p.m. Terrapin, a Fairfield County-based Grateful Dead tribute band offers a selection of Grateful Dead classics, as well as some surprise goodies from other artists, such as Bob Marley and the Rolling Stones. Free. Cos Cobber, 32 E. Putnam Ave., Cos Cob. Visit the website for more details.

Flags Across America: The Photographs Of Robert Carley: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Darien native and artist Robert Carley captures the American spirit by taking photographs of Old Glory in many different forms, including a chain-link fence, a pickup truck, a surfboard and a farm silo. "Flags Across America" celebrates the American flag with more than 40 photographic prints and a video display of 60 additional photographs. $7 adult, $6 student/senior, members and under 5 free. Bruce Museum , 1 Museum Drive, Greenwich.
