Tots' Tennis At Greenwich Clinic Starts In November

GREENWICH, Conn. -- Tennis For Tots will begin this fall in Greenwich.

The Department of Parks and Recreation announced the program would start the fall indoor session at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center on Mondays starting Nov. 4, according to a notice from the department. 

The program for 3- and 4- year-olds will run from 2:45 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. or 3:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and the 5-, 6-, and 7-year-old program will be from 3:45 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., according to the notice. The cost is $85 for the 3 and 4 year olds, and $95 for the program for 5 – 7 year olds.

Pat Cianciulli, director of the town’s Tennis Program for five years, will teach the program. Cianciulli also teaches at various private clubs in Greenwich, and has worked at the US Open, according to the release.  

The program will be held in the Bendheim Western Civic Center Gym and tennis rackets will be provided, according to the release.

Registration for the course starts Oct. 7 by mail only with walk-in registration starting Oct. 15, according to the release. For more information, or to receive a registration form, residents are asked to call The Bendheim Western Civic Center at 203-532-1259 or visit the Town of Greenwich website.
