Stamford Postpones Fireworks Show Until Saturday Due To Rain

STAMFORD, Conn. — The fireworks show in Stamford has been postponed until, Saturday, July 2.

The show had been set for Friday, but weather forecasts are calling for rain and possible thunderstorms this evening.

Cummings Park will be the scene of the annual fireworks event. It will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday with entertainment provided by More Than Music DJ Service. Fireworks will begin around 9:15 p.m.
