Norwalk Police Department Welcomes New Chaplain

NORWALK, Conn. -- The Norwalk Police Department has appointed Father Sudhir DSouza as its newest chaplain.

DSouza was appointed by the Police Commission at the recommendation of Chief Thomas Kulhawik. DSouza is currently the pastor of St. Philip Church.
