'Madagascar: Ghosts Of The Past' Exhibit Opens At Greenwich's Bruce Museum

GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Bruce Museum in Greenwich has a new exhibition titled "Madagascar: Ghosts of the Past."

Have you ever seen a theropod dinosaur? How about a pygmy hippo or a snub-nosed crocodilian? "Madagascar: Ghosts of the Past" marks the first official show curated by Daniel Ksepka, the new curator of science.

"'Madagascar: Ghosts of the Past' has a title that only hints at the intriguing experience waiting for visitors to our science gallery in April," says Ksepka. "Isolated for the last 88 million years, Madagascar is populated by thousands of remarkable species that are found nowhere else on Earth."

Admission is $7 for adults, $6 for seniors and individuals five to 22. Children under five are free. On Tuesdays, individual admission is free. The Bruce Museum is at 1 Museum Drive, Greenwich.
