Luis Bueno, 30, of Corona, Queens, was arrested in January by NYPD detectives on a warrant from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
The girl told investigators the assaults happened between 2006 and 2008 but she kept them secret.
Last December, she confided in a teacher, leading to an investigation, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli said at the time.
The indictment returned yesterday accuses the 5-foot, 129-pound Bueno of aggravated assault for allegedly “having the victim perform fellatio on him.”
It also charged him with four counts of sexual assault through contact by “touching the victim’s vagina,” “having the victim touch the defendant’s penis,” “intentionally placing his penis against the victim’s vagina” and “placing his penis against the victim’s buttocks.”
A sixth count charges him with impairing or debauching the morals of a minor.
Bueno, who is single and works for a demolition company, was first brought to Riker’s Island before being extradited in January.
He remained held on $275,000 bail (down from $375,000) this morning in the Bergen County Jail.
Federal authorities also have issued a detainer on him should he make bail.
