A fundraiser has been created to assist Otis-Harris after he received a kidney transplant in November, while he continues to battle focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, a chronic condition that causes scarring in the kidney.

Otis-Harris was initially diagnosed in 2008 and received a kidney transplant in 2008. Despite dialysis and taking medication, his kidney began to fail him again, forcing him to get a new kidney.

The new transplant has forced him out of work and the donations will assist him during these times. As of Tuesday, Feb. 20, more than $6,000 has been raised. To view the fundraiser, click here.
