The market, which features area vendors offering everything from pizza to fresh produce, soups, cheeses, breads, meats, baked goods and more, will run each Saturday through March 12.
"The market contributes to organic foods, as well as helping the local farmers get more attention to the food and the produce," frequent market visitor Athena Coroneos of Norwalk told Daily Voice.
"I love the people here, they're honest, they have integrity. The have classes here that help with energy and breath and flow, the man with goat soap and goat cheese. ... It's a wonderful community — they support each other, they support the farmers, and they support the community. I love it."
