SOMERS, N.Y. - Supervisor Mary Beth Murphy has announced another step toward controlling litter in the streets of Somers.
Anyone who would rather not receive a free copy of the telephone directory regularly distributed by Verizon may call 1-800-888-8448, the number of Verizon V/Z Supermedia.
To discontinue all directories, including the VZ/Supermedia, go to the National Yellow Pages Consumer Choice Opt-Out site at www.yellowpagesoptout.com.
