GREENWICH, Conn. -- Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Daryl Hall and John Oates will headline the sixth annual Greenwich Town Party on Saturday, May 28.
Grammy award winners John Fogerty and Tedeschi Trucks Band will also perform.
Multiple generations of Greenwich residents are drawn to the annual all-day music festival held on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. There will be live music, local food and family activities.
“Celebrating our sixth year, it’s simply wonderful that we can have a huge, day-long community event for the Town of Greenwich to come together, listen to music from award-winning artists, and enjoy every moment with family and friends,” said Scot Weicker, the event's manager.
Returning this year is the GTP Town Stage, which will feature six local bands to round out the day’s performances. Created to celebrate the diverse and abundant talent within the Greenwich community, the Town Stage application is open to Greenwich residents of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels. Musicians and artists may apply at greenwichtownparty.org .
