GREENWICH, Conn. – Tim Walsh, a turtle expert and Seaside Center naturalist, will host Terrific Turtles on Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Bruce Museum Seaside Center at Greenwich Point Park, Old Greenwich.

Walsh will answer questions about whether turtles can come out of their shells, how many varieties of turtles there are, how many live in the area, whether they make good pets and more. Those who attend will be able to see live turtles, and participate in games and crafts.

All ages may attend. No reservations are needed, but a beach pass will have to be purchased to enter the park. For more information, visit the town of Greenwich website, call 203-413-6756 on weekdays or email cynthiae@brucemuseum.org.
