GREENWICH, Conn. -- The Greenwich Historical Society debuts "Greenwich: The Perspective of Time," a new photography exhibit Wednesday.
The exhibit, which runs through Sept. 1, is a collaboration with the Stamford Photography Club.
The show, comprising juried images, is the result of an invitation by the Historical Society to members of the Stamford Photography Club to submit photographs that portray aspects of Greenwich history as seen through the camera lens.
"The varied and fascinating images represent a visual commentary on the ever-changing face of the community and how structures, landscapes and institutions of Greenwich as they are today may not survive the next generation," according to a statement from the Historical Society.
The exhibit is open Wednesdays through Sundays from noon to 4 p.m. Admission is free to members and children under 6. Admission for non-member adults costs $10, while non-member students and seniors cost $8.
