Stamford Man Arrested for Assault

STAMFORD, Conn. -  Edgar Ortiz of Stamford was arrested on Thursday morning for various crimes stemming from an incident on Sept. 1, police said. He was charged with third degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, third degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct, police said.

More information about the incident was not immediately available, police said.

? Nancy Oran-Nunez, 37, of Stamford, was arrested Monday morning for disorderly conduct, and third degree assault, police said. Also arrested for the same charges was Jonathan Perez-Gomez, 23, also of Stamford, police said.

? Remdios Diamod, 44, of Stamford, was arrested for third degree assault on Thursday night after an incident involving Heather Raymond, of Lynn, Mass., police said. Raymond, 22, was also arrested and charged with third degree assault.
