Bruce Museum Open To Public In Greenwich This Weekend

GREENWICH, Conn. – The Bruce Museum in Greenwich will open its doors to the public free of charge this weekend in the wake of Hurricane Sandy, according to a press release.

The Bruce Museum is open on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m.

The Bruce Museum is celebrating its 100th anniversary all year and is featuring two exhibits that highlight the history of the museum and pieces that have been acquired from donations.

The museum's "First Sunday Science Program" scheduled for Nov. 4 at the Seaside Center on Greenwich Point is canceled. For more information, call the Bruce Museum at 203-869-0376 or visit http://brucemuseum.org.
