RIDGEFIELD, Conn. — Art Garfunkel has postponed his Sept. 7 show at the Ridgefield Playhouse because of illness.

The show will be moved to January. The exact date, either Jan. 11 or 18, will be known by the end of next week.

Tickets for the original date will be good in January. The Ridgefield Playhouse said in a statement it will be in touch with current ticketholders.
