GREENWICH, Conn. -- The law firm Withers Bergman recently opened the doors of its new Greenwich office, tripling its Greenwich footprint by moving to a 17,000-square-foot office on East Putnam Avenue.
“Last year, we brought on nationally recognized, esteemed attorneys who’ve significantly increased our corporate, litigation and intellectual property capabilities in Greenwich,” said David Lehn, Withers Bergman partner and Greenwich office managing director. “This year, we’re expanding our office to match the investment we’ve made in our team and those we serve in the region. Greenwich is a vital financial center of the Northeast for both established and entrepreneurial wealth, and our commitment and growth here reflects our ability to serve our successful clients across industries.”
With last year’s additions of partners M. Ridgway Barker, Patricia M. Lee and Clyde Tinnen to the firm’s corporate practice group and partners James E. Nealon and Steven J. Moore to the litigation and intellectual property practices, the new office makes space for the firm’s expanded capabilities.
“Our commitment to our clients with business and personal interests in Greenwich has never been stronger,” said Ivan A. Sacks, chairman of the firm. “We are dedicated to serving our clients wherever their interests lie, and expanding our Greenwich office will help us better serve our clients not just in Connecticut, but around the world.”
As part of the firm’s commitment to longevity in the closely-knit community of Greenwich, Withers is active in supporting local charities, such as the American Red Cross and the Bruce Museum and has been awarded the Good Neighbor Award. Withers also recently expanded its foothold in California by opening offices in Los Angeles, Rancho Santa Fe and San Diego in 2015. Internationally, the firm recently enhanced its global strength through partnerships in Australia, Singapore and Japan.
