  • Christopher C. Palermo, of Bronxville is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. His practice focuses on helping clients resolve commercial disputes across a wide range of legal areas and industries. Chief Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals Jonathan Lippman selected Palermo to serve on the Commercial Division Advisory Council, which is charged with advising the Chief Judge on an ongoing basis about all matters concerning the Commercial Division of the Court of the State of New York, the branch of the New York court system that handles complex business disputes. Before joining Bleakley Platt, Palermo was a litigation partner at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where he began his career. He received his A.B. cum laude from Princeton University and his J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. 
  • Janet B. Linn of Edgemont is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on patent, trademark, unfair competition, and trade secret litigation and counseling.  Linn has extensive trial and litigation experience in a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, consumer products and mechanical devices. Before joining Bleakley Platt, Linn was a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius and at Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott. Linn was recently Chair of the Patents Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Section of the New York State Bar Association. She received her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and an LLM degree in Trade Regulation from New York University.
  • Jennifer A. Lofaro of Goldens Bridge is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial Finance and Real Estate Practice Groups. As a long-term associate who has been promoted to partner, she advises and represents regional and national institutional lenders and developers, as well as individual and corporate borrowers, in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Lofaro is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association and Westchester Women’s Bar Association. She received her B.S. from the State University of New York, New Paltz, and her J.D. from Pace University School of Law.
