Greenwich Resident Designated New Leader In The Law

WESTPORT, Conn. – Jessica S. Esterkin, an attorney at Broder & Orland in Westport, has been designated as a New Leader in the Law by the Connecticut Law Tribune.

The publication indicated it “received nearly 300 nominations this year and Attorney Esterkin was selected among the best and brightest.” 

Esterkin is an associate at Broder & Orland, the largest matrimonial and family law firm in Connecticut. She has handled a wide variety of cases spanning the spectrum from prenuptial agreements and divorce to post judgment matters.

She has also been involved in custody cases involving psychological and psychiatric evaluations, severe mental illness and allegations of child abuse.

Esterkin is also a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and she co-chairs the family law section of the Fairfield County Bar Association. 

She assists self-represented parties with family law case issues through the Volunteer Attorney program at Stamford Superior Court.

Esterkin graduated from the James E. Beasley School of Law at Temple University, where she was a Public Interest Fellow and also received distinguished class performance awards.

A native of Westchester County, N.Y., Jessica now resides in Greenwich.
