Radio Shack To Close Six Locations In Westchester

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Electronics retailer Radio Shack, which filed for bankruptcy last Thursday, announced it will be closing at least 1,784 stores as part of its restructuring, including six in Westchester County, according to Business Insider.

Stores will be closed in three waves, with the first set of locations set to shutter up by Feb. 17, Business Insider said. 

The six Westchester stores slated for closure will be in the second and third waves, meaning they will close up shop on either Feb. 28 or March 31, Business Insider reported. 

Here's a list of the Westchester Radio Shack locations set to close with closing dates:

  • Yorktown Heights, Jefferson Valley Mall (Feb. 28)
  • Yorktown Heights, Triangle Center (Feb. 28)
  • White Plains: White Plains Galleria (Feb. 28)
  • Hartsdale: Westchester Square (Feb. 28)
  • Mount Vernon: Westchester Plaza (March 31)
  • Yonkers: Cross County Shopping Center (March 31)
