Brett Wien is the franchise owner of Sweet Charlie's, which will open its first Westchester, N.Y. location in Mamaroneck later this month.

The franchise combines the art of making Thai inspired ice cream rolls with modern American showmanship to create a one of a kind experience for all ages.

All ice cream and/or frozen yogurt is made to order on a super cold surface that is below 20 degrees.

"The best part is… it tastes delicious!" said  CFO and Co-Founder Steven Billing.

Ingredients are fresh and made with a unique process that eliminates the need to add stabilizers, emulsifiers, and preservatives.

Billing said he surveyed the tristate area and found Mamaroneck to be the ideal spot with its nearby schools, restaurants and busy foot traffic. The shop is located at 362 Mamaroneck Avenue.

"We are confident that our first location will be successful and future plans would be to open other locations as well as offer a catering service," he said.

This is not only the first Sweet Charlie's in Westchester but the first in the entire tri-state area.
