Annual Sidewalk Sale Event Is Coming To Greenwich

GREENWICH, Conn. – Get ready for throngs of shoppers, nightmare parking and great deals on Greenwich Avenue at the Chamber of Commerce’s annual Greenwich Sidewalk Sale Days next week.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily from July 12 to 15, shoppers will flock to downtown Greenwich for deals on clothing, jewelry, shoes, gifts and more at participating retailers and businesses.

“We hope everyone will come to downtown Greenwich during these four special days and support local businesses,” Marcia O’Kane, executive director the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce, said in a statement. “It’s a perfect time to shop for great deals and enjoy outdoor music and entertainment.”

Bargains and not-to-be-missed items will be on sale from a range of favorite retailers, such as Vineyard Vines, Scoop NYC, J. Crew, Michael Kors, Simon Pearce, Rinfret Home & Garden and more.  

On Saturday and Sunday, shoppers will enjoy live music by singer-songwriter R J Bracchitta and some of his fellow musicians as well as dancing by Arthur Murray Grande Ballroom of Greenwich.

Photographer Monika Satur and face painter and balloon artist Funela will be on hand to entertain children. Face painting and balloon characters are $5 each.  

Don’t forget to sample the fare from participating restaurants, including Restaurant Jean-Louis, which will feature a special Bastille Day menu.
